Tour Mt Laurel’s move-in ready homes during the two weekends of the Greater Birmingham’s Parade of Homes, April 21st – 23rd and April 28th– 30th.
Each spring, the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders host Birmingham’s largest home tour, the Parade of Homes. Open to the public and free to attend, this two weekend event showcases the best of Birmingham real estate, including over 50 homes. With a focus on newly built homes, this self-guided tour allows guests to discover new design trends and the best Birmingham neighborhoods, including our very own Mt Laurel.
Mt Laurel has entered two gorgeous homes into the Parade, the Cherry Laurel Model Home at 49 Nolen St. and the Redbud Cottage at 336 Olmsted St. Both homes will be judged by industry professionals and awards will be displayed during the event.
