Tour Mt Laurel’s newest homes during the two weekends of the Fall Community and Home Tour, October 7th – 9th and October 14th- 16th from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Each fall, the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders host a city-wide Fall Community and Home Tour, showcasing the very best Birmingham neighborhoods. With a focus on newly built homes, this self-guided tour allows guests to discover new design trends and the latest Birmingham real estate offerings. Whether you’re looking for remodeling ideas for your current home or a new home to call your own, the Fall Community and Home Tour will offer a wide variety of homes to browse.
Mt Laurel is proud to enter two of our newest floorplans into the tour, the Redbud Cottage at 336 Olmsted St. and the Leatherwood Cottage at 324 Olmsted St. Both of these homes are located in the Homes at Olmsted Park, our limited collection of homes located only a few steps away from the Town Center and Olmsted Park, the site of our upcoming Fall Festival. Both homes will be judged by industry professionals and awards will be displayed during the event.
Attendees will not only be able to see the craftsman style, quality construction, and high quality features that Mt Laurel homes offer, but they will also see the latest trends in home décor. Mt Laurel has partnered with Birmingham Wholesale Furniture to beautifully stage both homes. Be sure to take a look at the discovery books in each home for more information on the designer-selected furniture pieces. Guests will also be able to enter Mt Laurel’s Giveaway featuring over $250 worth of Mt Laurel gift certificates and a gift certificate worth $500 at Birmingham Wholesale Furniture!
Our newest Model Home at 49 Nolen Street featuring the Cherry Laurel floorplan will also be open for tours.
