!!!ATTENTION FOOD TRUCKS!!! BY INVITATION ONLY! Please read before registering!!! No refunds will be given for registered food trucks who are not on the centralized approved inspection list. The Central Alabama Fire Marshal’s Association has partnered with all its members to form a centralized list of Food Trucks and their inspection status. They have developed an inspection list based on current fire codes all agencies have agreed to use. This uniform inspection list and tracking procedure reduces confusion on requirements. Knowing we will have a presence of food trucks in one location, the Cahaba Valley Fire District (CVFD) is requiring participating food trucks to have an inspection prior to operating in the district for this event. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO fee for this inspection and permit. If you have been inspected in other districts AND have a current inspection sticker AND are on the centralized approved list, you are still required to register with the Cahaba Valley Fire District (CVFD) to confirm your status. If you do not have an approved inspection, you will need to schedule a time to be inspected before October 24. Inspectors will be available Monday through Friday beginning 8am – 11am through October 17, 2026, allowing ample time to schedule an inspection time.
