When and what time is the festival?
The Mt Laurel Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 10am – 3pm.
Vendor load in is between 6am – 9am.
Where is the festival located?
The festival is located on the streets of The Town of Mt Laurel, Alabama located at:

Birmingham, AL 35242
Who can be a vendor?
We are looking for unique local farmers and artisans to make the Mt Laurel Festival successful. We are looking for vendors who sell local produce, plants, flowers, artwork, craft pieces, children’s items, jewelry, and beautiful hand-crafted merchandise. We are NOT looking for and cannot accept solicitors, franchised businesses, network marketing individuals, politicians, and items that are not appropriate for a family festival. You must sell something to be a vendor. Priority placement of assigned spaces will be given to artists and artisan makers.
How do I know if I am registered?
You will receive a confirmation email from Mt. Laurel <no-reply@mtlaurel.com> If you do not see your confirmation, please check your spam folder and be sure you are checking the same email address you used to register.
How do I know I am approved?
A vendor is considered approved once you are registered and have paid. If the committee decides that your product is not in line with our policies, we will contact you and provide a refund less any PayPal fees. Please be sure you read our policies and know your product falls within those requested guidelines
When will I receive load-in instructions?
Load in instructions will be delivered via the email you used to register about a week out from the festival. Please be patient as there are a lot of moving parts in laying out a site of this size.
When is load-in? Is there early load-in?
Load in is between 6am – 9am the morning of the festival.
Early load in is NOT allowed.
Is electricity available?
We do not provide electricity. You may bring a SILENT generator. Loud generators will be asked to turn it off during the festival hours.
What is provided with my space?
We only provide space. You are responsible for your own set up, tent, tables, chairs and signage as needed.
Do you control the number of like vendors allowed in the festival?
We are not able to control the number of like vendors at the event. If it is clear that two vendors are selling a like product, we make every effort to allow some space between the booth spaces, but this is not guaranteed.
Are there any refunds?
We do not offer refunds.
Am I required to submit a tax form to Shelby County?
Shelby County Special Event Tax Form
It is your responsibility to fill it out and pay your taxes.
Where do vendors park?
Parking is very limited. Please plan to unload and immediately move your vehicle off site and park in the areas indicated in your vendor load in packet or on the streets. Please no NOT park in front of a private residence.
