Upcoming Classic Car Show Finds New Home in Mt Laurel

Mt Laurel is proud to announce a new partnership with Safehouse of Shelby County for the upcoming Shelby Show & Go Classic Car Show. The third annual classic and custom car show will return on June 11th at its new location in Mt Laurel’s Town Center. SafeHouse of Shelby County will host the event, with proceeds benefiting its domestic and sexual violence response and prevention programs.

This free event will have something for everyone, car enthusiasts and admirers alike.  Shelby Show & Go will open Saturday evening at 4 p.m. with a Sock Hop featuring live music from the Ben Guthrie Band.  Guests can peruse the classic and custom cars, listen to live music, browse Mt Laurel’s retail shops, and dine in Mt Laurel’s Town Center.

Registration fees will be required for any participating vehicles, and there is a discount for car owners who register early. Participants may enter their vehicles for judging, and trophies will be presented in various categories. This highly anticipated event has featured over a hundred classic and custom cars in past years.

Shelby Show and Go is a great event to raise both funds and awareness for SafeHouse, and we look forward to a successful third year. Mt Laurel provides a fabulous backdrop for Show and Go, and we’re certain our participants and attendees will enjoy the venue. We’re incredibly grateful for the event sponsors, participants and volunteers who dedicate time and resources to supporting SafeHouse,” said Executive Director, Erin Melaney Bodden.

Event organizers are currently recruiting classic and custom car owners and corporate sponsors to participate in Shelby Show & Go.
